Ng Yelo (Furiza)

Frozen Throne of the Icerian Empire

Home to the brutal Icer race, Ng Yelo is a desolate, bleak planet covered in rolling chemical fogs and pockmarked with technologically advanced pressure domes. Icerian cities do dot the landscape like other planets, but are only habitable by Icers. At any time, one can look skyward and see the glittering "stars" of Ng Yelo warships which hover and patrol around the planet.

Pressure Dome 01

  • Home to Ng Yelo's spaceport, this is one of the only pressure domes on Ng Yelo with a roof airlock for spaceships to land in. A bustling spaceport, full of all sorts of trade. Black market, slaves, illicit substances and devices, even the occasional legitimate business can be found here. There is a large arena here undergoing massive renovations after being rocked by a series of explosions.

Gt Melron

  • A spartan city on the harsh, unforgiving plains. Here reside a poorer class of Icer, who cannot afford to live in the luxurious pressure domes. Non-Icers can only survive in this area with a pressure suit. The residents eke out a living here farming local vegetation to sell in the nearby Dome 03.

Golden Dome

  • Home to the Icerian ruling family. Lit from outside by spotlights, it appears as a great, gold dome on the bleak surface of the planet. Home to the higher-class Icers as well, it boasts luxurious tiled pavement, statues of great Icerian warriors, and the closest thing the militaristic Ng Yelo has to an arts district. This is the largest dome on the planet, and boasts its own, royally-run arena.

Airy Steppes

  • Here, by chance, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen, as well as a few other gaseous elements are spewed by small volcanoes, creating a breathable atmosphere. Here, in tents, live several nomadic tribes formed from escaped slaves that farm fungus, moss and fish that since time immemorial have inhabited the waters of theis geological oddity. Knowing their time is limited, they raid unwary caravans passing between pressure domes. Their racial composition is varied, from Halfbreeds, Hydians, Saiyans, Kanassians, Nameks, Humans, even the occasional Demon. It is rumored there is a master chieftan, an immortal one, guiding them all, known as the Magnate. Since these raids promote the hiring of bodyguards and actually help business in a backwards sort of way, the Ng Yelo ruling house has chosen to turn a blind eye to their deeds.

Steel Dome

  • An imposing sight even at a distance and covered by scaffolding sits the Steel Dome. Here rests Ng Yelo's military central command. Around it are several smaller training domes where various branches of Ng Yelo's military service operate from. Here can be seen at any given time the famous Icerian warships pulling in and out of dock with new troops, or returning old ones, alive or otherwise.

Tacitus

  • A massive, silver dome between the Steel and Golden Domes rests the Tacitus. An ivory sphere, it holds information. Unlike other planets, like Kanassa or Namek, which may hold information for information's sake, Ng Yelo's Tacitus library is nothing but a historical archive of every military campaign Ng Yelo has been a part of. Its greatest generals have their memoirs (and occasionally, bodies) interred here, and new generals pore over the works of past glories and failures, hoping to repeat the first and not repeat the latter.
