Founded in 2022 by [Insert Zenido Studios Founder Names Here], Zenido Studios quickly set itself as an innovator in the gaming industry. The studio focused it's development efforts around emergent technologies. 

Project Flight Sim

From the early stages of development, Project Flight Sim, which would later be known as Dragons of the Revolution, was intended to change the gaming landscape. The studio collaborated with researchers from across a number of disciplines at Iowa State University to develop a technology to provide a next level immersive environment to enhance the gameplay experience for the players. After a number of failures, the research team found a solution in a biomedical application of micro-medicine using a recently developed nanite technology. The research team took the procedures of a medical application for stimulating coma patients and developed a course of nanites to be used to stimulate a semi-conscious individual's brain and induce a waking dream state. The dream state was then controlled by micro impulses of the nanites to take the gaming environment and feed it into the dream state to create a fully immersive environment. Due to the waking nature of the dream state, the researchers were able to improve post-dream state recall immensely, allowing for almost 1:1 recall compared to traditional gaming set ups in trials. Some testers in the trials found that the immersive environment allowed for a better recall than traditional set ups. 
As the nanite technology began to be adapted to the gaming application, developers began with a modern flight simulator to test the application. When that worked out well, they began adding additional elements into the gameplay to test the immersion and where that broke. When they had expanded the initial flight sim to include typical First Person Shooter style elements and storyline elements, they turned to a new concept. What was created was a fantasy flight sim game set into a full Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game with open world play.
