Beastmen of Gor

The Beastmen of Gor are the nightmarish embodiments of man's inner bestial nature, transformed into horrific abominations by dark forces. These twisted creatures are a chilling fusion of human and animal features, combining the worst aspects of both species in a grotesque and monstrous form. Physically, the Beastmen are marked by their monstrous size and strength. Towering over regular humans, they possess an imposing and hulking stature, their bodies rippling with bulging muscles and sinew. Their limbs are elongated and adapted for both speed and brutality, ending in sharp claws or bestial hooves that can rend flesh and tear through armor with ease.   The faces of the Beastmen are a horrifying amalgamation of human and animal features. Their heads are adorned with wicked horns, curving and spiraling like that of a demonic creature. Their eyes burn with a feral and malevolent light, reflecting their predatory instincts and utter disregard for mercy. Fangs, sharp and stained with blood, jut from their misshapen jaws, further emphasizing their voracious nature.   Covering their bodies is a patchwork of coarse fur and matted hair, resembling that of wild beasts. Their pelts range in color and pattern, mimicking various predatory creatures of the animal kingdom. This fur, often caked with dirt and dried blood, adds an additional layer of horror and savagery to their appearance.   The Beastmen's movements are primal and animalistic, as they walk on digitigrade legs, their steps punctuated by a bestial grace. Their agility and speed are unmatched, allowing them to pounce upon their prey with lightning speed and overwhelming force. Their senses are honed to a heightened degree, with acute hearing, night vision, and an uncanny ability to track and hunt their targets.   These abominations of man's bestial nature are driven by a ferocious and insatiable hunger, both for flesh and the thrill of the hunt. They form savage packs, led by dominant alpha figures, and their crude language consists of guttural growls, snarls, and howls that echo through the night, striking fear into the hearts of those unfortunate enough to hear it.   The Beastmen of Gor are the embodiment of the darkest aspects of humanity, twisted and corrupted into monstrous forms. They serve as a chilling reminder of the potential depths of savagery that lie within each individual, a cautionary tale of the consequences of yielding to the base and primal instincts that reside within us all.

Way of the Beast

The Beastmen of Gor live in primitive, nomadic tribes, dwelling in the untamed wilderness and desolate regions. They are driven by their insatiable hunger and savage instincts, preying upon both wildlife and unfortunate travelers who wander into their territories. Their cursed nature is known to spread through acts of cannibalism and the embrace of pure savagery, infecting those who succumb to their dark desires. Despite their limited intelligence, the Beastmen are capable of basic organization and coordination. They form hunting packs, utilizing their brute strength and primal instincts to overpower their prey. In attacks on human settlements or villages, they employ crude weapons crafted from bones, claws, and scavenged materials. These weapons include jagged spears, makeshift clubs, and serrated blades, suitable for close-quarters combat.   The Beastmen are opportunistic raiders, pillaging whatever resources they can find in their surroundings. They ransack villages for food, livestock, and basic supplies, leaving destruction and chaos in their wake. They have little regard for the concept of ownership or preservation, taking what they need to sustain their insatiable appetites and leaving behind desolated landscapes.   When it comes to human captives, the Beastmen have no sense of compassion or mercy. They view captives as mere prey or sources of sustenance. They subject their captives to cruel and torturous treatment, reveling in their suffering. Whether for entertainment, ritualistic purposes, or pure sadism, the Beastmen inflict unimaginable horrors upon those unfortunate enough to fall into their clutches. The captives are often used as sacrifices in their dark rituals or as a source of fresh meat to sate their unending hunger.

Rites of Savagery

The Beastmen, devoted followers of Gor, engage in dark and twisted rituals, paying homage to their primal creator. They construct unique totems and artifacts using the carved flesh and bones of both animals and humans, symbolizing their reverence for strength and power. Here are some examples: Bloodwood Totem: The Beastmen fashion a totem made from the gnarled branches of a bloodwood tree, entwined with the bones of fallen warriors. The totem is adorned with strips of flesh, symbolizing the lifeblood that courses through their veins. It is believed to grant increased vigor and vitality to those who pay tribute to it.   Skull Altar: At the heart of their encampments, the Beastmen erect a large altar made from the interlocked skulls of both beasts and humans. The skulls are meticulously arranged in a macabre display, representing their dominance over life and death. The altar serves as a focal point for their rituals, where they offer sacrifices and seek the favor of Gor.   Pelted Drum: The Beastmen craft a drum using stretched animal hides, sewn together with human sinew. The drum's surface is adorned with intricate patterns carved into the flesh, depicting scenes of battle and primal ferocity. When beaten, the drum emits a haunting rhythm that reverberates through the encampment, stirring the spirits of Gor and invoking their savage power.   Fang Necklace: Beastmen warriors fashion necklaces adorned with sharp fangs and claws taken from their fallen enemies. The necklace symbolizes their prowess in combat and serves as a token of their connection to Gor's primal might. It is believed that wearing such a necklace grants protection and enhances their predatory instincts.   Totem Mask: Beastmen shamans carve masks from the faces of slain beasts and humans. These masks are worn during sacred ceremonies and rituals, allowing the wearer to channel the spirit of the creature or individual whose visage they bear. The masks grant the wearer heightened senses, strength, and a terrifying aura, embodying the primal essence of Gor.
