Use: You expel a wave of lightning in a 10 ft radius around you. Every creature in that radius must make a dexterity roll against your spell DL. On a fail the creature receives 6D6 electric damage and is stunned until your next turn. On a fail they receive half as much damage.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell at 4th level or higher, the damage dealt from this spell increases by 2D6 for every level above 3rd.
