Wargs

Gigantic, muscular wolves with long teeth and thick hides, dire wolves, or wargs, rove the northern and eastern wastes of Norinia and Miridia. These fearsome beasts are often found in the wild leading packs of typical wolves.

Basic Information

Anatomy

They can grow to be about nine feet long from nose to the tips of their tails and weigh upwards of seven hundred pounds, giving them a profile similar to a horse. Typically their fur is some combination of white, gray, black, or brown.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Like any canine, their senses of hearing and smell are excellent. Wargs can track their prey's scent for miles, and will communicate over vast distances with their piercing howl.
