Thunderstrike, The Topaz Axe, Fragment of Lightning

The Topaz Axe, also known as Thunderstrike, ripples with electricity along its long, curved edge. The Fragment of Lightning sits nestled in the axehead, pulsing with power like storm clouds on the horizon. An amber wooden shaft is overlaid with a lattice of bronze and nightsteel. Similarly the bronze filigree weaves over the truesilver head, refracting the golden light emanating throughout the blade. This is a weapon for felling monsters as much as trees, and it has tasted more than its share of blood and bone.
