Kexis Hope

While not quite the kind of vocal leader who can whip a crowd into a frenzy, Kexis was still instrumental in the liberation of the darkborn from their former life in the Shifting Sands. He made quiet, backroom deals, gathered supplies, arranged transportation, and kept the peace among factions within his people during the greatest time of upheaval and uncertainty in their history. The exodus was far from smooth, and most of the leadership was lost fighting to get everyone else out. So now it falls to Kexis and a few others to pick up the banner of freedom and keep marching. With his people mostly settled into their newfound homes in the shadow of the Morningold Mountains, his next tasks are going about establishing political relations with their new neighbors and beginning the work of rehabilitating their collective image. His methods of choice are demonstrating good will and eagerness to ingrain within the cultures already present. Darkborn know little of farming, hunting, or forestry, but they will learn, and when they do they will have goods to trade. All the while he also must continue to reign in his more disparate and extreme factions, a task which was significantly easier when everyone had a collective, tangible goal to strive for. How will he fare in keeping the whole thing together and progressing toward a brighter future?
