Demios
(a.k.a. The Silver Strike)
Still rather young by draconic standards, Demios has nonetheless garnered a reputation as a fierce and capable warrior. His original rider was slain as the pair repelled a group of thal raiders off the coast of the Break. Losing a rider is an unfortunate inevitability for a dragon paired with a mortal, but still Demios took his partner's sudden and untimely death quite hard. He spent several years resigned to a humanoid form as a man at arms in Breaking Pointe under his deceased rider's father, Earl Solon Pointe.
It was actually in this state that Demios first met his new rider when a young Donnel Frye came to study under Lord Solon. Donnel was not made aware of Demios' true identity until they had already trained together and fought side by side in proper combat. It is unknown if it was Demios' idea to be paired with Donnel, but some time after Lord Frye returned home to Far Harbor Demios arrived to the city in his full draconic glory with the news from their dragon overlord. Having already established a bond of trust, the two took to their new roles quickly. Now Donnel and Demios survey the northern coasts looking for reavers in much the same way Demios did with his former partner.
