Kyouren

Kyouren appear as kind of a "nightshade human'" or reverse albino; they're generally tall, slender, and have dark grey skin and red eyes, as well as red-hair. Light red & grey is a general color pattern amongst them, as they're usually dressed in ninja-like concealing garb. This is usually to conceal the tiny red ridges that run along their bodies, usually in the path that veins would. By concealing the red attributes of their appearance, they're able to seamlessly fit into the ashen wasteland area, in which they typically reside. Generally secretive, elusive, and low-profile, the Kyouren are known for generally being hard to find and untrustworthy, although more neutral (as well as more chaotic and malevolent) branches are known to exist. Weaker than other sentient life on their planet in terms of general strength, they're more focused on deception and camouflaging themselves rather than presenting themselves in direct combat.
