Jewli wears a large white fur coat over nothing more then a black brassiere and a pair of blue denim shorts, showcasing her slender and athletic body build and her well-endowed bust. Her dirty blonde hair is simple and goes down her shoulders. On her fingers she wears 10 different colored gemstone rings. She also wears a brooch with a red spinel around her neck and a pair of diamond earrings in her ears. Finally, Jewli wears a white cowboy-styled hat on top of her head which is lined with golden studs.

The Rings of Eve give Jewli a great variety of abilities in battle. These include:
Infernal Ruby: The first of Jewli's Rings of Eve, the source of her power. Infernal Ruby is a brilliant ruby gemstone embedded into a golden ring that allows Jewli to manifest fire or manipulate it. The ability isn't nearly as strong as that of a fire elemental but it is still a useful tool.
Tidal Sapphire: The second of Jewli's Rings of Eve. Tidal Sapphire is a lustrous sapphire gemstone embedded into a golden ring that allows Jewli to manifest water or manipulate it. The ability isn't nearly as strong as that of a water elemental but it is still a useful tool.
Gale Emerald: The third of Jewli's Rings of Eve. Gale Emerald is an amazing emerald gemstone embedded into a golden ring that allows Jewli to manifest wind or manipulate it. The ability isn't nearly as strong as that of a wind elemental but it is still a useful tool.
Dirty Citrine: The fourth of Jewli's Rings of Eve. Dirty Citrine is a beautiful cirtine gemstone embedded into a golden ring that allows Jewli to manipulate earth, dirt, and stones around her. The ability isn't nearly as strong as that of an earth elemental but it still a useful tool.
Stranger Amethyst: The fifth of Jewli's Rings of Eve. Stranger Amethyst is a stunning amethyst gemstone embedded into a silver ring that allows Jewli to utilize the abilities of Infernal Ruby, Tidal Sapphire, Gale Emerald, and Dirty Citrine from any corresponding gemstone within a radius of her. For example, if an opponent happens to be wearing a ruby necklace, Jewli can set them on fire channeling Infernal Ruby through their necklace. Stranger Amethyst is a passive ring that's effect is always active and Jewli does not have to actually activate it.
Misty Jade: The sixth of Jewli's Rings of Eve. Misty Jade is a dazzling jade gemstone embedded into a gold ring that allows Jewli to turn her body into mist or create screens of mist to uilize as she sees fit.
Prisoner Amber: The seventh of Jewli's Rings of Eve. Prisoner Amber is a marvelous amber gemsone embedded into a golden ring that allows Jewli to create amber barries around her enemies that trap and immobilize them. The amber is extremely durable but a strong enough attack will break it.
Guardian Turquoise: The eighth of Jewli's Rings of Eve. Guardian Turquoise is a shining turquoise gemstone embedded into a golden ring that allows Jewli to create turquoise-colored barriers around herself for defensive measures.
Void Onyx: The ninth of Jewli's Rings of Eve. Void Onyx is a priceless onyx gemstone embedded into a silver ring that allows Jewli to negate the powers of space and time abilities used in proximity of her. Void Onyx is a passive ring that's effect is always active and Jewli does not have to actually activate it.
Last Diamond: The final of Jewli's Rings of Eve. Last Diamond is an incomparable diamond gemstone embedded into a golden ring that allows Jewli to increase the power and range of her other rings in exchange for a fragment of her life energy. The increase of power granted by Last Diamond is immense and should not be underestimated, Jewli will not hesitate to activate this ring if she has been pushed into a corner.

Savior Spinel: Savior Spinel is a red spinel embedded into a brooch that Jewli wears around her neck. When Jewli's life ends and her body is still in tact, the Savior Spinel will activate by breaking and giving her one more chance at life. Jewli must then replace the spinel if she hopes to use the ability again, given the rarity of authentic spinels though, she has a limited but unspecified number available to her.

Personal history
Born Julie Stone, Jewli lived in a poor part of her hometown. When she learned the local orphanage was planned to be torn down, she decided to strip to raise money to buy it out and stop the project. Despite earning enough, the orphanage was still torn down, and she was arrested by the corrupt landlord on charges of prostitution, despite never engaging in sexual acts. Amadeus bailed her out of jail and invited her to join the Tragic Ten. She agreed as a means of changing the world so that men such as that landlord would have no power in the "new world".

Jewli at first seems to be a very flirty and sexual sort of person, often making suggestive comments and gestures. This is actually a ruse though. Jewli's true personality is more guarded and places an emphasis on the wellbeing of other women. While she is not a misandrist, Jewli generally distrusts the ambitions of most men and believes entirely in women empowerment. While compassionate towards her allies, she still prefers to hide her true feelings from the male Tragedies with the exception of Nicolas. She can turn quite haughty when things do not go her way.
