Invisionfree Criminal Investigation Department

The Invisionfree Criminal Investigation Department (IF-CID) is the primary law enforcement agency across the Invisionfree Cluster. They deal with inter-Cluster crime, allowing Systems to handle individual problems. They employ around two hundred agents. The four most elite agents are known as the Four Storms, who handle the worst or the most wide-reaching criminals.
