Tyrmore
Arguably the most cosmopolitan of the cities on the Severos peninsular this city, Tymore and its twin Arvaedh have existed in parallel for many centuries. Its coastal position surrounds it in light grey sandy beaches that harden into solid rock where the river meets the sea. upon this bedrock the city has thrived, reinventing itself for each age. the buildings represent a wide variety of styles with districts representing the influxes of people. The oldest parts of the town are old stone and timber buildings in what passes for Severosi style, surrounding this are the squat solid stone buildings of the Skovlanders, then the more modern Arakosi buildings representing there most recent influx into the city. Trade is key here but there are moves to increase the ability to compete for hunting the Leviathans of the deep and preventing the reliance on the Imperial fleets that has developed. The city is most noted for its food, where in Doskvol you might be lucky to get a good eel pie, here you can dine on a host of dishes. the streets, especially along the coast boast fabulous street food vendors the wealthy employ private cooks trained in prestigious schools.
