God of Speed

Overview

One of the Six renegade gods that tries to rebuild the world in their image without any influence from the original Two. Brings wind and agility to the world. Air is its physical element and the focal point of its power.

Appearance
The God of Speed hovers as a serpent with two appendages that appear more as fins than as proper limbs. Its skin appears as something ceramic like, though is likely some unknown natural material. Three shades of pink color its body. Its two fins are disproportionally large compared to its rather thin body, with the top fin twice as large as the bottom fin. No other spikes or protrusions are found on its body. Stretched out, the god's body is a few dozen feet long. A single metallic pink line runs up and down both sides of its body.
In stone form, it is no larger than two fists together. Two fins sit along a single axis on the stone, connected to a raised structure along both sides, Metallic pink lines zig zag along the main surface of the stone. Like its body, Speed's stone form has three shades of pink.

Plots, Pawns, and Goals
Created with more intelligence and a form closer to the Two than anything that had ever existed previously, the Six seek to break the normal cycle of creation and destruction so that they can live on, separate from what had existed before. Together they pooled their powers to crate the beginnings of what would become the world, for by creating something outside the scope of the Two, they and their creation would no longer be bound by the eternal cycle.
The God of Speed was the fourth to act, blanketing the warm and illuminated rocky world created by the previous three gods with a layer of air. The remaining gods of the Six further shaped this now multilayered world. However, their efforts to remain totally separate from the Two were foiled when both Maker and Destroyer tainted the world with their elements, which removed full control of this new world from the Six.
After the great cataclysm that split the world, Speed, like Sorrow and Strength, consistently chose one human every generation who visited their shrine to give a portion of their power and to train, waiting for the day when these humans would be needed to direct mortal warfare against the allies of the Two.
