Stari’s Hold

Stari’s Hold sits on the coast between the Lich Basin and Dragon Lake. It is now a crumbling ruin of an old keep that locals believe holds a dark and deadly secret. The keep is home to a Headless Horseman who haunts the roads between the two lakes astride his Nightmare. Although he ranges far and wide the Horseman returns to Stari's Hold.
