Perrin Mishala

Perrin Mishala is a sage in the employ of the Scholar's Guild of Formene who currently works in the Ravenwood looking into the mysteries of the giant owls that serve as the wood's protectors. 
Mishala operates a series of feeding stations throughout the wood where he seeks to count, identify and observe the owls.
