Barrow Downs
The Barrow Downs is a series of old burial mounds from before Dorwine was a nation. Some have been robbed but many remain intact.
Geography
The Barrow Downs are a series of rolling hills. Dotted throughout (there must be more than 100) are ancient barrows. They are so old they look like little more than small hills themselves, except where they have been broken into.
Localized Phenomena
As an ancient burial site, parts of which have been disturbed, there are quite a number of undead roaming the region,
History
The barrows have been here longer than Dorwine. Even the elves and dwarves thought the Barrows were ancient - there is no other evidence of the civilisation that spawned the barrows.
