Utility

Its primary uses are for transport and warfare, but smugglers have had a heyday sneaking over port authorities.

Access & Availability

Currently only Military organizations, Rich Oligarchs, and crazy adventures have access to these "Air-Ships", but they are becoming more and more common as the years pass.

Complexity

The basic premise of the technology is quite simple. Stuff the lower holds of a ship with Float Rock, and set sail from there. However the propulsion systems, and piloting mechanisms are still being optimized.

Discovery

Air Ships were created shortly after the Elemental Migration of xx(year). The new floating islands allowed nations to create floating ships easily.
