Rictavio
Rictavio is an outsider to Barovia. Several months ago he arrived in Barovia in a brightly colored wagon with his pet monkey Piccolo. Rictavio said he is the ringmaster of a carnival searching for new actors for his circus. While in Barovia Rictavio has been staying at the Bluewater Inn in Vallaki entertaining guests for small amounts of coin to pay for his stay. Rictavio has a cart in storage at the Arasek Stockyard.
The party met Rictavio at the Bluewater Inn telling fantastical stories to other patrons
The party out drank Rictavio and the Wachter boys in a game of flip stein
Rictavio made allusions of making a move against the Vallaki Vistani camp to Napoc after Rictavio had heard Napoc had been asking around about the Vistani camp.
Rictavio left Vallaki after the Wachter coup.
