Luvash is second in command of Vallaki Vistani Camp. The party has heard he is known for his brutality from Anya Avincenna in Vallaki. His brother is Arrigal and his sister is Eliza. Luvash is the father of Arabelle.
The party met Luvash at the Vallaki Vistani camp. He was whipping a teenage boy Alexi who was being punished for getting drunk on watch and allowing for Arabelle to turn up missing.
