Kasamir Velikov
Kasamir is the leader of the dusk elves at the Vallaki Vistani encampment. Kasamir is one of very few dusk elves left in Barovia. Kasamir led a revolt against the von Zarovich family when Strahd's father King Barov died. The rebellion was put down and Kasamir is one of few survivors of the culling which followed the uprising.
The party met Kasamir outside of his house at the Vallaki Vistani encampment.
Kasamir warned the party that the Vistani were in upheaval due to a missing girl who is daughter of one of the Vistani leaders.
Kasamir questioned the party on their allegiance to Strahd and indicated that if the party were intrested in making a move against Strahd to see him again.
