Granny is a pie vendor the party met on the streets of Village of Barovia.
Granny was later seen on the Old Svalich Road outside of Durst Mill with her pie cart and a child the party recognized as one of the Michkov children from Village of Barovia.
Granny was revealed to be a night hag when Dildu attempted to force his way into the mill of Durst Manor causing Bella to attack him. Granny is the leader of the hag coven based from Durst Mill.
