Freedric von Zipher
Freedric von Zipher is a tailor in Vallaki and owner of the Hab and Dash clothing store. Freedric is known to be a hopeless gossip always collecting and sharing secrets of his patrons. He sees this as entertaining his clients and believes conversation is part of his services.
When the party bought robes and trinkets from Freedric he informed the party of the following information:
Fiona Wachters book club seemed more like a masquerade party than a book club and that the people attending her meetings were often seen wearing robes and masks.
The party also learned from Freedric that Blinksy got that crazy monkey from Ricatvio because it wasn't allowed to stay at Bluewater Inn. Freedric supposed the monkey's shennanigans may be the reason Izek has been spotted at Blinsky's so often.
