Bluto Kargarov

Bluto Kargarov is a Vallaki citizen known to be a drunk who spends most of his time fishing at Lake Zarovich or the Luna River. Fishers have not been able to catch fish in the lake recently.
The party was told he was a regular customer at the Trapped Paw buying fishing gear.
Bluto recently returned with a magnificent haul of fish. Vallaki is up to the gills in his latest haul and he was bragging about having made the right offering tot he Lake in order for it to yield it's bounty.
