Blinsky

Blinsky is the proprieter of Blinsky toys. He seems pretty daft when you talk to him, but he has a great passion for the toys he creates.
Blinsky has a pet monkey Piccolo he has been teaching to harrass shop-lifters and assist in getting items off the higher shelves. Piccolo was given to Blinsky by Rictavio.

The party met Blinsky in his shop. They purchased a variety of toys which once attuned had minor magical properties relevant to the toy.

Blinsky had a doll in progress which looked strikingly like Ireena Kolyonovich. Blinsky told the party that once a month Izek Strazni comes for a new doll with instructions on modifications from the prior version. Izek never pays for the dolls and indicates he'll burn the shop down if Blinsky doesn't make the doll.

Blinksy has not been making new toys as his workshop is damaged.

His pet monkey Piccolo is missing.
