Arrigal is the leader of Vallaki Vistani Camp. The party has been told he is known for his cunning by Anya Avincenna in Vallaki. His brother is Luvash and his sister is Eliza.
The party met Arrigal at the encampment when attempting to deliver a toy from Blinsky's toys to her neice Arabelle.
Arrigal was agreeable to purchasing high value items from the party such as gems and jewelry, but would not accept weapons as not a profitable transaction given capacities of Vistani trading wagons.
