Arabelle
Arabelle is the daugher of Luvash and member of the Vallaki Vistani Camp. Arabelle is currently missing.
The party received a description of the child and has been looking for her. The only possible lead the party got was a non-commital weak lead from one of the Vallaki Vistani Camp dusk elves who indicated they thought they may have heard a muffled struggle. A thorough search of the scene the only out of place thing the party identified was a fishing hook, however the dusk elf indicated that sometimes the Vistani go fishing in the Luna River.
The party received an update from the Keepers of the Feather that Arabelle was kidnapped by a Barovian whom Muriel Vinshaw was able to identify as the fisherman Bluto from Vallaki.
