Skyhold

One of the 4 major settlements formed since the Breaking, Skyhold has grown into a large town. Nestled on a plateau in the lower eastern slopes of the Tolmir range it is one of the few known safe havens in Dolanth.

Demographics

Humans, Elves and Gnomes make up the majority of the population of Skyhold, but Dwarves and the strange new Beastfolk can also be found here. Everyone is equal in Skyhold and there is a strong sense of community, resulting in a "no one goes without" attitude amongst it's inhabitants. While some individuals may be more respected than others, there are no class divides and everyone is expected to contribute however they are able.

Government

Skyhold works off a direct democracy and all citizens have a say in the lawmaking process. The day to day running of the town is overseen by the Chief who is elected by popular vote.
