Angelystor

Angelystor is a ghost that has dwelled in a small Welsh village's churchyard for centuries. Bound in the Llangernyw Yew, she has not left the area for centuries. She agreed to teach Harry and his associates Divination, as she is not bound by oath. In return, Harry is attempting to have her moved to Hogwarts, to join the associated ghostly crowd.
Personality: Angelystor was very lonely, as magical beings did not often visit her small village, and mundane persons could rarely interact with her. Bored with isolation, she liked to scare muggles on Hallows Eve as it became her only contact to anything. When she first met Harry. her loneliness encouraged a very friendly attitude. Later on she quickly became close to his future wives with her old, bubbly personality, while teaching them Divination. As a teacher she was further very patient and encouraging. 
Abilities: While living, Angelystor was a powerful seer who was able to tell when other people would die. Additionally, she had extensive knowledge about the old art of Divination before the ICW's purge. Now that she has died and exists in non-corporeal form, she possesses an array of abilities that only ghosts can retain.

Angelystor was a witch with extensive knowledge in Divination. She visited one of the four minor schools and learned there to access her inner eye. When she was 21 she became pregnant with a local noble muggle, who killed her around the 16th century. As a ghost she was bound to a Llangernyw Yew in a graveyard and started to haunt people on Hallows Eve, when the non-magical were able to actually hear her once a year.
Her meeting with Harry was the first contact she had with anyone in over two hundred years and helped him immediately on his quest to get his much needed wand material. They spoke of Harry's prophecy, and of the girls he was gathering around himself.
In time, Harry asked Angelystor to educate his group in the art of Divination. She accepted, in exchange for being transferred to Hogwarts, where she could mingle with other ghosts and forever shed the loneliness that had plagued her dwelling.
While teaching, she discovered a keen subject in Daphne Greengrass, whom has mastered Divination tricks such as the Eye of Kilrogg. Luna Lovegood has proven a natural as well, but underwent an accidental Prophecy which has possibly permanently damaged her Sight.

Local tradition holds that the church of Llangernyw is inhabited by an old spirit, the 'Recording Angel' or 'Evangelist' (in Welsh). As tradition, every Halloween, a booming voice will recite the names of parishioners whom will die in the following twelve months.
Additional local folklore tells of a skeptic, Siôn Ap Rhobert. After challenging the voice one Halloween night Siôn Ap Rhobert heard his own name called, and died before the end of the next year.
