Establishment - Refuge Shelter

As part of the champion title a part of land is traditional offered if requested to champion of a Hall or Thaig. This do not happen often as most champions would be part of a clan that would already own land and property in the hall or Thaig, but for low class cast of dwarfs it is a way to raise their social standing. This loophole is what the party used to ask for the land right to establish a mansions that would run as a Refuge Shelter.

An establishment can do many things and the exist many types of establishments. The following thing is what you can do your establishment Tier every season. Remember that your establishment have a range influence that is abstract in nature and if you have any questions ask me and i will make a call on the spot. The amount of wealth required for some of the action is abstract and depend on what you are trying to do.
