Celestial

Celestial refers to creatures native to the high plane of Shin'anunar who are born of the divine magic of the outer god Valtyr. As beings of inherently good alignment, celestials are the cosmological counterpart of fiends.
The type of celestial most commonly encounter on Divostra are angels, a subspecies of humanoid celestial born through the divine union of Valtyr and the Old God Saeora. Non-angelic species of celestials are typically referred to as "angels" by commoners fortunate enough to encounter one, whether or not the creature in question is a child of Saeora.
