Prisma

Prisma was a rogue active during the 2010s in Cape St. Joan, Oregon. He was part of Friction's Suits.
Wanted in Oregon for many counts of robbery, theft, destruction of property and bodily harm, he was granted a posthumous pardon after losing his life during the assault on Jane Doe's hideout during "D-Day".
As his civilian identity was never revealed to the public following objection from his closest family, he is one of the unidentified supers whose costumed names are engraved at the D-Day Memorial Site.

Had the power to split and focus beams of light. He used this ability to block out light to create a cover of darkness for himself and his allies, manipulate the visual perception of others and focus light into dangerous laser blasts.
