Alvin Woodger

Hotshot, civilian name Alvin Woodger, was a U.S. American Sanctioned Super and part of the Cape St. Joan Superhuman Association for Public Security in Oregon.
He was the first super officially killed during "D-Day" by terrorist Jane Doe. His civilian name is engraved at the D-Day Memorial Site.
