Zlaagoth

Zlaggoth is unknowable by mortal minds. To glimpse this strange entity is to at once witness the undiluted truths of existence and the horrors that lie beyond the ends of time. The denizens of the Outer Planes who have borne witness to Zlaggoth’s form have all given different descriptions. It seems that whoever looks upon Zlaggoth sees that which they most fear.
Zlaggoth is an Obyrith. An Eldritch entity which pre-dates the creation of mortal life or Demon-kind. Also a Demon Prince of the Abyss. Zlaggoth seeks to spread terror and madness, revelling in the chaos it brings.
Zlaggoth has drawn few worshippers, as it’s existence is not widely known even amongst it’s own kind. But when a mortal has discovered Zlaggoth, and devoted themselves to it, they are gifted with terrible power and their mind torn asunder. Blood and chaos ensues until they are dispatched.
A primordial, an obyrith, and a demon lord, Zlaagoth is an ancient being which is as inscrutable as it is powerful. A denizen of the Outer Planes, Zlaagoth is believed to have been inviolved in the Sundering and seems to urge any mortal followers to strange behaviour.
