Chapter 16: The League of Every Organized Nation

General Summary

When they get to Chilvid   All the Damage from the Cult of Fae is gone.   Some people stare as they go by.       At Chilvid's Tower in Leopald's court Fae, Borland, and Vikta sit behind him along with the Court mage, Storlig.   Leopold refers to the Fulipire witches as the Lavender Witches.   After Borland and Vikta reincarnated Fae, they all felt a radical shift between nature and man was about to shift. Something unholy. They came to Chilvid and rebuilt the damage Fae and her cultists caused.   The Lavander Witches bow to Friyola, mentioning that she is touched.   Leopold tells them that in 4 days time they are to report to Hearthfield where representatives from every city who wishes to aid in the oncoming battle will attend.   Leopold relays that the Queen of Hearthfield, Mira wishes to form some sort of finite group to battle both the oncoming Hobgoblin threat and future threats to all of mortal kind.   Leopold provides them with a standard war carriage, but assures them that their specific one should arrive from Kinsmead to Hearthfield durring the summit.     BEFORE THEY LEAVE   Friyola grabs at Ryuk and says "You are about to leave this plane of existance"   The Rose Lounge appears.   Bayaz wants 50 gold.   Bayaz asks what Ryuk has been up to and tells him that he's been trying to break into the northern market. "Those Deva are such naturally strong magic users, it's hard to rope em into a contract. Weird magic too."   If Bayaz finds out that they are heading to Hearthsfield, he tells Ryuk to find The Ebony Call, a group of Warlocks who serve Bayaz and his two brothers Yabez and Zayeb. If he joins them, Bayez will reward him handsomely.     When they join the retinue, they ride alongside the king.   A couple of hours outside of the city:   Friyola instantly says that many people are about to die and to keep watch on the house.   They come across a house outside of Chilvid, a relatively large sized house that Circle and the other riders remark that they have never seen before.   Arcana check more than 10 to sense something wrong.   Ryuk can see that the house has illisiary haze around it.   When they engage it or get too close they trigger massive shadowy hands to rise from the ground, attached to the house, and pull the house up, out of the ground.     WALKING HOUSE     HP: Unlimited SKULL ORNAMENT: 20   AC:5   ATK: 1d10 CLAW, 1d8 + Immobalization GRAB, 2d8 STOMP X3   IF Arcana of 20 or higher, the Skull with crystal eyes can be removed from the totum and a "Running Curse" can be installed on any object.     Inside the house is a fully furnished house with a House Witch     HOUSE WITCH:   HP: 45   AC: 15   ATK: 1d6 Fire Damage Broom   Spells:   Darkness   Faerie Fire   Levitate   Poison Spray 1d12   Ray of frost 1d8   Web Immobile unless successful Dex Save (15)   Lightning Bolt: Dext Save +10 FAILED 8d6 SUCCEED 4d6       Whoever is in the house when it is disenchanted must make a Dex saving throw of 15 or higher to manuvere so they don't take 2d6 of falling damage.     It becomes nighttime and camp is set up.   Leopold, The Witches, Circle, and The Kings of Leon set up camp. Leopold asks them to tell a story of their adventures. After all, they are bards. He looks disappointed as he looks down at Voh's body.   "Really, killing Ky-Tal was one thing, but Ky-Voh? I'm disappointed in you."   "I hear you call yourself by a different name now."   He almost looks like he's about to laugh.   "Uul? That Mass memory spell that you pulled must have effected you too. Didnt it. Well, while everyone thought you, what was it, died in combat? Did you think that too? Oh you poor child. Maybe one day it'll come back to you. For now, I'll let that curse take over your body. you're not good enough to bare the mark of the Ky any more, Ky-Vul."     THE SUMMIT     In Attendance:   DWARVES: None official, but Mayor Liliana Morthis appears as thanks for helping defeat the Titan. Informs the group that if contact is made to the dragonkin of Sthimeisku she is sure they would help.   GAIA: King Leopald, The Riders of Chilvid, Sylva Voliarum of Cullfield, Father Sydd the Halfling of Thicket   MYRIDIA: 8-Chains of Tivian, Tolthe, Adris, and The Orphans     FORMING OF GALAXA   Adris and Friyola extend their arms towards each other, then, a flash of blue light comes from both bodies and everyone in the room is blown back, papers take to the air and circle around the glowing center, then, the light fades and in the center is a tall, musclular androgenous creature with small curled horns and purple skin. Their outfit is a combination of that of Friyola's and Adris' with Adris's cloak draped above the figure's horns and wrapped back into a cape, and Friyola's armor hugging the body of the creature.   Most noticably, the combination of the three beings has a beautiful face with three glowing blue eyes.   "I suppose you could call me Fenrolach or, Adrica, but now that I am complete in this mortal form, I'd prefer to be called by the name you all gave me centuries ago, Galaxa."   Galaa explains the Bidivine Champions by showing everyone a silhouette puppet play.   In darkness, swirls of light appear above everyone's heads   "Thousands of years ago, my brother, I believe you call him Aeya created this planet along with all the other planets.   Around the swirls. different spheres appear, then, one large sphere that glows brighter than the rest. It must be Dioya.   "What made this planet so special though, was this was the first planet he made with his wife, our sister Coranthia."   Another swirl of a different color appears and circles Dioya.   "Where Aeya created realities, planets, and life itself, Coranthia molded his creations to a far more advanced state than any creatures ever before. She gave them culture, she let societies grow and from that, the races were born."   Dioya glows brighter and brighter. Other shades of swirls appear and circle around Dioya.   "From that, my other brothers and sisters swarmed this new planet, giving blessing its inhabitants with law, education, and more. But not one of us loved you mortals like Coranthia did. Aeya saw this love and became jealous, scornful against his wife and better to the rest of us for encoraging and investing so much time into one measly planet. Fearful of her husband's wrath and only wanting to be closer to her children, Coranthia placed parts of herself in mortal bodies.   From the swirl appear different sized bodies each imbued with Coranthia's glow.   "These individuals were blessed with incredible skills and immortality, but never knew of their true identity. These mortal parts of Coranthia, champions as we like calling them, protected Dioya from Aeya's jealousy. He even tried to follow her here, placing himself in his own champions, but as he was split into three personalities, he was lost to the whims of mortality."   Everything cuts to black.   "We let them stay on Dioya without really bothering to check up on where or who they were. But one day, I got a vision."   Galaxa projects Dioya, now caving in and on flames.   "The total destruction of the planet that my sister loved so much."   The lights come back on.   "So I took the ultimate risk, I split myself into three. and here I stand before you in mortal form.   Galaxa looks tired from projecting all of that.   Galaxa reveals that Fenric, Adhach, and Friyola were chosen because with their minds and bodies together, they would be the best mortal vessel for Galaxa's power. Fenric's Wisdom, Adhach's latent magical abilities, and Friyola's sense of justice.       During the Event:   Queen Mira brings up that this is a long time coming and that all matters of current strife will be tended to from the Hobgoblins, to what the Kings of Leon have to say.   Dwarves Abandoning   The Warforged Agreement   The Hobgilbin Invasion   The Death of the Fendans   Graystone and The Boys.   The Deva (Morrow)   "And what of the Deva!" Shouts a voice in the crowd.   Mira: What OF the deva.   "Well dealing with gods, invading hobgoblins, and weird dwarven made golem soldiers, would it not be best to ask the most powerful magic wielders in the world to aid us?"   Mira asks The Kings what they think of this.   Tolthe mentions that it would be impossible to get into Nirvania without an escort.   Morrow extends his angel wings and says that he is a member of the Eternian Court, recently reinstated after turning in a rogue Deva. He winks at Ryuk.   Mira asks if the Kings will head north to Nirvania to ask the Deva to join the league and if they may know of any information on what Galaxa said (Since they believe themselves to be so close to the Eternals.)     Mira along with the rest of the court agree that the kingdoms of Man, Orc, and Elf will prepare for the Hobgoblin invasion.     END RESULT:   The League of Exalted Organized Nations is formed for the protection of Midvail and, if the Deva and Aasimar agree, the rest of the 'civilized' world.   The Kings of Leon are to travel to the Deva capital of Nirvania to Eternia to see if the Deva will join the league.   They will get in with the help of Morrow who has been placed back on the Holy Order, but is secretly investigating Deva conversion centers and the source of Glove Magic.   Morrow brings up to the kings that the Deva may have captured a powerful elemental or multiple Dragons and using the sapped power to imbue themselves with massive amounts of energy.     At the very end, the War Carraige with Knuckledrag and Pennywhistle pull up to the front of the castle. Galaxa, along with the Lavander Witches focus their power on the War Carrage and bless it as well as expand the interior space to that of a nice home with full rooms.   4-CHAINS HAS BIG SHADOW LEGS AND ARMS.
