Barlo,
I was told you disappeared some time ago. I was ready to help get that cube back to you, but in the time it took to find you I lost contact of him. I think he gave the cube to a guy named Bargle though it seems. This guy also hired the Blood Hands, an orc mercenary band that has since grown quite large and powerful. They long held many spinter groups and what-not, where they got rich with mercenary jobs or hiring out the slaves they had captured.
Speaking of which, as I went through this investigation I also found out some of the prisoners and tried to give my information to the families, for a fee of course. I was going to charge you, but your father paid the fee since they were holding your sister. It would seem your other sister has since gone to help her, not sure if successful. Seems your tortle friend's father is also a captive.
I also have heard you should be coming back at some point, and so hopefully this letter is not a waste of my time. I may be able to get the investigation going again, for another fee. Leave word at a Road Depot you want to reach out to me, or hit up a Road Dock Depot with a message for me. You know the drill.
