Eberron
Eberron is another Realm, and is currently one of the suspected 333 Gems of Tharizdun.
The Wild Cards died in an unfortunate trap explosion, but Bast was able to transport them at the right moment to Eberron. Their assist in defeating the Lord of Blades was part of an arrangement she had.
They returned to Dierde after receiving the Mark of the Adventurer and having their Arcane-Forged Weapons of Outding Refuge crafted with the Silver Flame, Mournlode, dragon crystals in a creation forge...
These forges seem to be similar to the Arcane Forges of Dierde.
They seem to be remnants of the civilizations once known as Spellweavers
