Deed to Plot of Land at River’s Edge

DEED TO PLOT OF LAND AT RIVER’S EDGE
This Deed (“Deed”) is made and entered into this Lowsun 21, 2023 KC by and between The Elder of the Skola Vale, (the “Elder”), and Lord Barlo “Smiles”, Lord Bastion “Bladesinger”, Lady SaS W.T. Rayce, Lady Shadow in the Snow, and Lady Calliope Galanodel, (the “Vassals”).
This deed is made on this day of Lowsun 21, 2023 KC between the following parties:
The Elder of the Skola Vale, (the “Elder”) (hereinafter referred to as "the Giver")
and
Lord Barlo “Smiles”, Lord Bastion “Bladesinger”, Lady SaS W.T. Rayce, Lady Shadow in the Snow, and Lady Calliope Galanodel, (the “Vassals”). (hereinafter referred to as "the Recipients")
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
The Giver hereby grants to the Recipients, and the Recipients hereby accepts, a plot of land located at River’s Keep (hereinafter referred to as "the Property").
The Property is described as follows: 10,000 Sq. Feet plot they select from lots allotted.
The Recipients shall have full and unfettered use of the Property, including the right to build upon it, cultivate it, or otherwise use it as they see fit.
The Recipients shall pay required taxes on the Property.
The Recipients shall not sell, mortgage, or otherwise alienate the Property without the prior written consent of the Giver.
This deed shall be binding on the parties and their heirs and assigns.
Governing Law. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of The Compact of Princes and the Skola Vale Compact, and any disputes arising under this Contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Skola Vale Compact.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Contract as of the date and year first above written. The Elder of the Vale, Elder Lord Barlo “Smiles”, Lord Bastion “Bladesinger”, Lady SaS W.T. Rayce, Lady Shadow in the Snow, and Lady Calliope Galanodel, the “Tenants”
