Contract for Settlement Banking Services

CONTRACT FOR SETTLEMENT BANKING SERVICES 1. Select Account Contract:
AGREEMENT is made and entered into this Lowsun 21, 2023 KC by and between The Vale Vault, (the “Bank”), and Lord Barlo “Smiles”, Lord Bastion “Bladesinger”, Lady SaS W.T. Rayce, Lady Shadow in the Snow, and Lady Calliope Galanodel, (the “Select Account Holders”).
The Bank hereby establishes a Select Account for the Select Account Holders. The purpose of this account is to facilitate the collection, management, and distribution of funds related to the operation of River’s Keep.
The Select Account Holders agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Select Account Holders will maintain a minimum balance of 1000 gold pieces in the Select Account at all times.
2. The Bank will charge a fee of 1 gold pieces per month for maintaining the Select Account.
3. The Select Account Holders may deposit or withdraw funds from the Select Account at any time, subject to the minimum balance requirement.
4. The Select Account Holders may authorize additional persons to access the Select Account, subject to the Bank’s approval.
5. The Select Account Holders agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bank from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the operation of the Select Account.
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of The Compact of Princes and the Skola Vale Compact, and any disputes arising under this Contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Skola Vale Compact. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
2. Personal Account Contract:
AGREEMENT made on [Date] between [Bank Name] (the "Bank") and [Player Characters’ Names] (the "Account Holders").
The Bank hereby establishes a Personal Account for the Account Holders. The purpose of this account is to facilitate the collection, management, and distribution of personal funds for the Account Holders.
The Account Holders agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Account Holders will maintain a minimum balance of 100 gold pieces in the Personal Account at all times.
2. The Bank will charge a fee of 1 gold pieces per month for maintaining the Personal Account.
3. The Account Holders may deposit or withdraw funds from the Personal Account at any time, subject to the minimum balance requirement.
4. The Account Holders may authorize additional persons to access the Personal Account, subject to the Bank’s approval.
5. The Account Holders agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bank from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the operation of the Personal Account.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of The Compact of Princes and the Skola Vale Compact, and any disputes arising under this Contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Skola Vale Compact. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
