Contract for Loyalty and Servitude to Appoint Lady and Lords

CONTRACT FOR LOYALTY AND SERVITUDE TO APPOINT LADY AND LORDS
This Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into this Lowsun 21, 2023 KC by and between The Elder of the Skola Vale, (the “Elder”), and Lord Barlo “Smiles”, Lord Bastion “Bladesinger”, Lady SaS W.T. Rayce, Lady Shadow in the Snow, and Lady Calliope Galanodel, (the “Vassals”).
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
The Vassals agree to swear loyalty to the Elder and to uphold the laws of the Vale.
The Elder agrees to protect the Vassals and to provide them with aid and assistance in their endeavors.
The Vassals agree to serve the Elder and to carry out their orders to the best of their ability.
The Elder agrees to reward the Vassals for their service and to grant them boons as they see fit. This contract is binding on the parties and their heirs and assigns.
Governing Law This Contract shall be governed by the laws of The Compact of Princes and the Skola Vale Compact, and any disputes arising under this Contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Skola Vale Compact.
