Material Characteristics

Stone Birch is commonly harvested underground for use in place of many wood applications. It is strong like stone and on the surface looks like a boulder. from that the roots grow downward into the earth seeking nutrition. the boulder like swelling may grow slowly over hundreds of years but is indistiguishable from any other stone.

Geology & Geography

Found commonly in many Mountain ranges by those trained. Most surface dwellers have no idea of its existence. Maybe you have some in your backyard.
