Black Skiffs

The Black Skiffs are the invention of the Minotaur of Angrboda who created a craft that can carry a small cargo and crew along the coast in more shallow waters 15 times as quickly as most other watercraft. Due to its reckless speed only the most bold and daring pilot these vessels. It is the only method used by some of the more remote coastal villages of recieving supplies and they may cost a bit more given the convienence.
