Phased Eyesight

This ability allows the magical person to see through opaque surfaces. At first this ability feels like as if the person can make out faint shapes through thin walls. As they master the ability, they can see through thicker obstructions and with increased clarity. The sight never becomes reality-clear just silhouettes with contours, and the colors perceived are black and white.
