Magical Boost

This ability is a simple but powerful buff that amplifies the intensity of a magical person’s power. Early stages of this ability increase the output by small percentages (5%, 10%, etc). With mastery, the maximum boost that can be applied is 100%, doubling the output of another magical ability or simply reducing the energy required to perform the ability by half – depending on ability. For example, the booster can increase the size of an area of effect spell, double the healing performed on a target, or simply allow someone to cast intense spells more than a few times per day.
The energy added into the target is withdrawn from the caster. This ability can be cast on unwilling targets but their targets must be seen.
