Kleptovice

Unique. This ability allows the magical person to take an ability from another magical person they can touch until the caster disperses the magic or attempts to take a magical ability from another. The ability is removed from the target until returned.
At first, the caster can only take small abilities or lesser trained abilities from the target. However, after mastering the ability completely (can take decades), the caster can take an iconic ability from another, as long as they have not completely mastered that ability. The power or output of the ability taken is halved (at maximum mastery).
