Heightened Reflexes

This ability is extremely useful when in combat, since it allows the magical person to react to incoming attacking with ludicrous speed. For the magical person, it’s as if everyone else is moving slower while they are moving relatively normal. The more this ability is practiced, the slower others are perceived to be. With enough practice, this ability can be used to deflect arrows and combat several enemies at the same time.
