The Irazan plains was first discovered 1413 by a human explorer, Hilger Altmann and his crew aboard their skyship, Fearless. They were the first to explore past the Atico Jungles and went down to the bottom of the Irazan Plains before turning and heading back. Once they got back they spoke of an empty plain, filled with what could be farmland and good terrain for settling, however it took 11 years and two more until a colonization was approved and sent towards the plains.
