Wikolia

Not technically a city, Wikolia is the island that serves as the capital of the whole Kalakhuilan island chain. 
At this point more city than island due to the nature of the infrastructure and advancement, it is by far the most developed livable island that Kalakhuilani have. Not that other's don't have industry, they simply tend to just have what they need, as opposed to the full package.
