Lower Dura
The slums' slum of Sharn. Lower Dura is home to warehouses, decrepit inns, beggars, and the Blasted Bazaar, a sand-lined crater that the poorest of the city use as a swap-meet to help make ends meet. This is where Bell's tent/workshop was, before she relocated to the Heart and Hammer in Lower Central. Crime is a serious problem throughout Lower Dura, with the Boromar Clan all but acting in the open to intimidate and harass residents and visitors alike. Several houses have made it clear that if Sharn Watch doesn't take action, they will. The gangs don't fear the Watch, but they do fear Houses Cannith and Deneith taking an active interest in their activities, so despite their prevalence, they do strive to keep a low profile.
