Ordo Liberae Mentis

The Order of the Free Mind is a society that originally served to help one achieve enlightenment of the mind and a safe place for freedom of free thinking in such places that free thinking can be dangerous. Much has changed in the generations since it’s formation and what was once centered on self enlightenment has become a society whose members span spectrum of prestige, social status, and motives. Now it is equally synonymous as an illicit dealings network, makeshift thieves guild, underground railroad for those trying to hide or escape, for profit soldiering, smugglers den, etc.
