The Elemental Plane of Air forms the atmosphere of the world of Dessend. The region most often referred to by this title is far above the surface of the world, atop the clouds.

Fauna & Flora

Some surface-dwelling creatures occasionally fly above the cloud line to visit the Elemental Plane of Air. However, the only permanent residents are various types of air elementals.
